Noah's Ark Replica in Holland...really neat!

Replica of Noah's Ark built by a Dutch contractor.

It was built approximately to scale, however is 1/2
the length and 1/3 the width of the Biblical dimensions.
It was built to show the world how massive the Ark
was and how so many animals could have been housed for a long time.

There's Noah...

Alot different then what we see in most bible story books and Christian children coloring sheets.

I found an excellent book, True Story of Noah’s Ark by by Tom Dooley, which can be found at Answers in Genesis. This book puts forth a biblical presentation of the flood account and is an excellent resource for children and adults alike. After showing it to some family members (who are likely not saved) they were stunned at the the perspective of the flood this book presented, that the bible actually shows.

God bless you Trish.

This is really neat, thanks for posting. Caught my eye because I am Dutch. I'll have to email my family in Holland to find out if they've seen it in person. Schagen is only 1.5 hours from where my family lives. I wonder how long this will be exhibited? I'd love to see it but probably won't be back in Holland for a few years.

I wonder if this Dutch contractor had another agenda behind building it there in Holland, after all 60% of the country's population is living under sea level. ;-)
