This Sign Needed Two Words...

This sign was missing a couple words.

So I fixed it.

(Actual sign on the way to my doctor's office, and my favorite yogurt store. Both places where I have shared about the narrow road.)

A Verse that Most Wouldn't Find Comforting...

"Through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God" (Acts 14:22).

What a comforting verse. 

Seriously. 

Because it means that trials, persecutions, and tribulations are to be expected for any Christian that is earnestly contending for the faith. Whew, what a relief! 

Think about it, we've gone from being Satan's friend to his enemy. Of course he's going to throw everything he has at us so that we won't be victorious. 

But, oh, how much sweeter victory is after a hard fought battle!

So brothers and sisters, keep contending, keep moving forward, keep fighting the good fight, knowing that the battle has already been won.
